A project to develop the code of conduct for IFA Leading, a financial institution committed to "Asset Management with Higher Transparency."
In collaboration with the IFA Leading team, we developed a "code of conduct" aimed at enhancing the internal understanding of VMV (Vision, Mission, Values) and fostering company culture. Following the creation of these guiding principles, we translated them into visual elements that were then implemented across the website, internal posters, and "code of conduct cards" distributed to employees.
「資産運用を、もっと透明に」を掲げる金融機関、IFA Leadingの行動指針開発プロジェクト。"VMVの社内浸透向上、カルチャー形成"を目的とした「行動指針」をIFA Leadingのチームと共同で開発したのち、言葉から紡ぎだれたビジュアルを開発した上でWebサイト、社内ポスター、社員に配布される「行動指針カード」へと展開を行いました。
